Your first return is free. After that you buy credits up front, they never expire, and the more you buy the less each return costs. No contract, no minimum, no per-seat fee.
What one credit includes
- A padded return kit, shipped to whoever has the device, sized for the device type, with packing instructions inside.
- Both shipping legs prepaid, the kit out and the device back. The label is already in the box; nothing to print.
- Address confirmation before it ships, the employee gets a link to fix a stale address, which is the most common reason a return fails.
- Six weeks of follow-ups, by email and text, on a schedule, in our name, with replies handled by us.
- Live tracking on both legs in your portal, every scan, both directions, without a carrier login.
- A custody record you can hand to an auditor, who was told what and when, and every handoff, kept per return.
- Exportable reporting, any date range, current to the minute.
- $500 of insurance on the free return, more is available per return at carrier cost.
- Free recycling with a Certificate of Data Destruction, when you would rather not have the device back; sellable devices are resold and the value comes back to you as credits.

Every request has a window before the kit is collected, and the portal shows you where each order stands. Once it ships we have already paid both legs of the journey, so that credit is spent whether or not the device lands. We say that plainly because the alternative is a company that quietly builds the no-shows into everyone’s price.
What if the laptop never comes back?
Across our most recent 10,000 returns, 92.5% of the devices came back. Not all of them. Anyone quoting you a perfect number is quoting you a wish. Here is what we do about the rest.
Before the box ships, the employee gets a link to confirm or fix their address. A stale address is the most common reason a return has to be changed, and catching it in that window is the difference between a credit spent and a credit wasted.
After it ships, we chase: email and SMS on a schedule, replies handled by us, every message kept. If it still never arrives you have a complete record of what was sent and what came back, which is what you need when someone asks whether the company actually tried.
Weigh the credit against what it was chasing. A credit costs a fraction of the laptop it goes after, so a single device that comes back instead of being written off pays for a long run of the ones that don’t.
