Monitor Returns
Yes, we retrieve monitors. Our specialized monitor shipping boxes accommodate screens from 23" to 27" (please note: curved screens will not fit). Due to the size and shipping requirements, monitor returns are handled as a specialty retrieval.
Secure Recycling & Data Destruction
Don't let end-of-life assets become a liability. We offer free, secure recycling for your returned devices. Our process includes a complete device wipe and provides an official Certificate of Data Destruction (CoD) for your compliance records. If a device is sellable, we'll even manage the resale and split the value with you in future service credits.
