Laptop & Device Retrieval
Our core service is designed to be the simplest, most reliable way to retrieve laptops from remote employees.
We send a complete return kit with a padded box, pre-paid label, and simple instructions. Our laptop boxes accommodate laptops up to 17”, along with chargers, and other small accessories like mice, phones, or tablets.

Monitors, Desktops & Phones
It is not just laptops. We retrieve monitors, mini towers, full towers and cell phones, each with its own box, its own packing instructions and its own credit type — so a desktop is never billed as a laptop.
Monitor boxes accommodate screens from 23" to 27" (curved screens will not fit). Because of their size and shipping requirements, monitors and towers are handled as specialty retrievals.
Secure Recycling & Data Destruction
Don’t let end-of-life assets become a liability. We offer free, secure recycling for your returned devices. Our process includes a complete device wipe and provides an official Certificate of Data Destruction (CoD) for your compliance records. If a device is sellable, we’ll even manage the resale and split the value with you in future service credits.
