  • A: Our pricing is based on a flexible, pay-as-you-go credit system. The more credits you purchase, the lower the price for each return.

  • A: No, our retrieval credits never expire. You can purchase them in bulk for volume discounts and use them as needed.

  • A: Yes, we process returns for employees in both the United States and Canada. Canada returns are $145 per credit.

    We also support other international locations, like the UK (starting at $250).

  • A: Our laptop shipping boxes can accommodate laptops up to 17” along with a charger and some small accessories.

    Our monitor boxes fit screens from 23"-27" (excluding curved screens).   

  • A: Yes. Our credit system is designed for bulk purchases, offering volume discounts (see our Pricing page).

    We also specialize in managing large-scale project retrievals for RIFs, hardware refreshes, or office closures, which you can read about on our Services page.   

  • A: You can submit return requests one at a time or via a bulk upload within the LaptopReturn.com portal.

    We also offer a free API to integrate with your existing systems.

  • A: We handle all professional follow-ups. Employees receive email and SMS notifications at key stages: 

    1. When the empty return kit is shipped; 

    2. When the kit is delivered; 

    3. Regular reminders to ship their device; 

    4. Confirmation that the device is in transit; and 

    5. Confirmation that the device has been returned.

  • A: We use a combination of USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on carrier timelines and employee locations.

  • A: We process most orders via Credit Card. We also accept Wire Transfer or Check for bulk credit purchases.
